You know you need to add more physical activity to your routine - in fact most of our are not getting enough.  We make sure our kids have things to do, and there's never time for ourselves.

Upset that your children will not be receiving physical education at school this year? SIGS Sportsplex now has a solution with our new Motion Evolution program. Motion Evolution is an overall fitness and wellness program for children ages 6 and up! This program integrates physical literacy, nutritional education, brain-body science, with fun; making it a complete wellness package! Motion Evolution teaches the foundations of movement (tossing, jumping, kicking, inversions, balance, etc.), giving children a greater fitness level and increased confidence.

6-9 year olds Monday @ 5:00 and Wednesday @ 6:00
10 and up Monday @ 6:00 and Wednesday at 7:00

From the instructor: My name is Curt Roehm and my family has been with SIGS for the past 15 years. I was an elementary school teacher for seven years and am now a proud stay at home dad with my 2 year old son, Rusty. I played college tennis for four years and have been coaching tennis at the middle and high school level for the last ten years. I have always loved working with children and am very passionate about fitness and nutrition. I am beyond excited about this new program at SIGS and look forward to being a part of instilling lifelong healthy physical and nutritional habits in children.

ABOUT THE COACH
Caroline Long competed in T&T for 7 years,  competed nationally through level 10, and won many state and national champtionships! 

WHO IS T&T GOOD FOR? Everyone!  We offer the class for boys and girls ages 8 & older of all abilities!

WHAT WILL THEY LEARN?
Skills and routines based on the USA Gymnastics Code of Points will be taught.  Students will learn a high level of body control and air-awareness.  Skills and routines will work in progressions and can accommodate gymnasts of any level.

WHY JOIN? This is a minimal time investment sport, but has maximum results.  Rapid skill progression which builds self esteem.  It's co-ed making it much easier for families to participate.  It's great exercise and it is REALLY FUN!

SIGS is proud to announce that Associates in Pediatric Therapy is now providing therapy services at SIGS Sportsplex.  They provide services to children of every age and every level of need.  Starting in June they will begin offering Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy, and can combine any of these with Aquatherapy for a unique, motivational and effective therapeutic experience.  Please call 812-590-4184 to schedule your child's first session today.
